plex logs
guide shows up but cannot tune channel. This is a recent problem. Everything worked fine until recently.
I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the DVR tuner.

This basically indicates that the HDHR tuner device rejected the request from Plex to tune the channel. Is the tuner being used by something else on the network?

Also saw messages about marking the tuner as dead:

There is a fix for some instances of Plex marking the tuner as dead in the latest version 1.20.0.3133 of Plex Media Server. The fix below is from 1.20.0.3125 actually.

(DVR) Server would sometimes mark a DVR device as dead, even when it is available.

Is something going on with your network? Also seeing a lot of these messages in the logs:

Thank you for the help.
We took a lightning strike a few weeks ago. Apparently it melted the coaxial connectors on the roof that connected the HD antenna. Problem solved. Thank you for the help!

Wow. Hopefully that was all the problems from that lightning strike. Glad you were able to resolve the problem at the antenna.
