Cannot load libraries.

I installed Plex on my Xbox 360 last night and it is able to find my server but cannot load the libraries. I updated the server and entered my Plex Pass login.

I get a server unavailable screen when first starting Plex with the spinning circle then that goes away and I just have the spinning circle with my Plex server name at the top of the screen. Then it goes to an error screen that says: "There was an error communicating with your Plex Media Server. Make sure it's turned on and accessible and try again."

The Xbox 360 is on the same subnet with my Plex Server and both are hardwired to GigE Ethernet. I have Roku's running Plex on the same subnet and they work.

I am going to uninstall and re-install to see if that fixes.

Does anyone else have this issue?

I logged out and logged back in and was finally able to load the libraries. However, when selecting a TV show to play the performance was terrible. I checked the network connection on the Xbox 360 and it is fine. My Plex server is on the same machine that I use to serve my Media Center extenders. The Xbox can play HD Media Center files fine so I am puzzled as to why Plex cannot play lower res mp4's.

Hi,

Would you be able to provide sample file and logs?

Thanks,
