Started getting this error two updates ago…none of my movie files (.AVI .XVID mostly) wont play on any client except PHT and even then its a continuous buffer frame by frame experience. I only get this error on the web player after un_checking the HTML5 box on the web settings, if checked i get “there was a problem playing this item”. …any suggestions appreciated…i miss having my functioning Plex on my android and Roku.
p.s…pictures and music working fine as well as extras such as trailers…only actual movie files not playing…and always played fine before
