Unable to login to see any of my libraries. I’m getting “Sing in failed” User could not be authenticated. I’ve change the email and the password – manually entered etc.
What could be the issue.

My server is on QNAP and I’m Plex Pass .
Possibly it cannot connect to auth servers for some reason. Are you using the email rather than the username? You have your account set that way
Also looks like you have Google Auth setup so you should be able to use the Continue with Google option and use those credentials.
