I installed the new update (1.15.4.993) and my Plex Server stopped working. I uninstalled and re-installed and it started to work again on the older version (1.15.3.876). Now, I cannot login from outside the server; but, can login within the server platform.
Any assistance would be extremely helpful.

I’m having this issue as well. When accessing remotely via Plex Web, either the remote connection will fail completely, or it will wind up connecting as “Indirect”. I’ve tried turning off/on remote connections in settings. Rebooted. All the normal things, thinking it may be a WAN IP propagation issue or something. But perhaps not since I’m not the only one.
Performed a little experiment. I upgraded (1.15.4.993) and attempted to login to Plex from laptop. Could not login and kept spinning saying it was looking for servers. I rolled back to (1.15.3.876) and was able to login normally. I backed everything up and Uninstalled and Re-Installed (1.15.3.876) and everything was fine. I upgraded again, restarted server and could not login from my laptop. I rolled back and Plex is working normally.
Long story short, there is something wrong with this upgrade.
