Hope someone can help

Ever since mu upgrade to 1.4.3.3433, my server keeps having issues with remote access. It works for a while, then all of a sudden “Not available outside your network Your server is signed in to Plex, but is not reachable from outside your network. Learn more”
I am running Plex on a windows 10 PC, (It worked flawlessly for over a year) I have FiOs 100/100, and NOTHING has changed on my network.

Same problem here

Same issue, all of a sudden (after upgrade to 1.4.3.3433

is there any way to download the previous version?

Can anyone figure this out?

Great support here!

Maybe your router lost its config? Try resetting your port forwarding rules to pass incoming TCP port 32400 to your Plex servers IP at port 32400.

Are you allowing Plex to automatically forward the port for you through your router or are you manually forwarding the port? If the former, try manually forwarding the port using following the instructions here: https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/200931138-Troubleshooting-Remote-Access under the manual port forwarding section.

Also, it’s a good idea to not bump your thread every 3 hours and give it at least a day for someone to reply.

Of course, make sure you set Plex server to listen explicitly on 32400 as well.

Plex stopped by to delete my swear words, but funny enough, they didn’t care enough to reply to your question while they were here. Thanks for not helping @Peter_W

Several Ninjas are looking at your logs. However it seems to be incomplete. I see you have opened several threads on this subject. One of your request was how to roll back to an older version.

From Windows Explorer go to the following filepath:
%LOCALAPPDATA%\Plex Media Server\Updates\

You should see all the backup installers for previous versions.

I will be merging your other threads.

I keep getting “Not available outside your network” ,y Plex has been working flawlessly for a very long time. Now I keep getting “Not available outside your network” I toggle remote access off then back on and it will work, then the next day I look at it again and I see the same problem and start the process all over again (toggle off then on)
Anyone know why this suddenly happens? Nothing in my network has been changed and again it has always worked before without this problem

I tried this wwwizzarrdry, still works for a little while, then not reachable again

I tried that with the same results. I let PLEX automatically do it like it always did for me until this update, When I started having the problems with this update I then tried manually forwarding the port, then I tried a manually forwarding to a different port… Same thing happens… It works for a while, then my server suddenly becomes unreachable

I have uploaded logs again, not sure why it is incomplete

So, I guess no one can figure this out?

This is a confirmed issue with 1.4.x by the developers and they are working on a fix.

Did you try to roll back to your previously installed version?
