Cannot manually add artwork to anything today

This seems to be a Web Client issue. Connecting directly to my plex server works (Web Client Version 3.95.2), via app.plex.tv does not ( Version 3.97.2).

Camhorn - you are correct. Connecting directly does work, app.plex.tv does not.

Interesting. I just tried connecting to my Plex server directly, and it does indeed work. You guys are right. What’s going on?

I’d like to add my name to the complaint list. I’m using a MyCloud EX2 Ultra NAS server, and yesterday upgraded the NAS server software to V.1.15.4.919. My Web client is 3.97.2. As of last night, I’m unable to correct mismatched films, find different posters or upload JPEGs for films needing posters. I notice some people are referring to V. 1.15.4.993 when they started having problems. I’m using a slightly older version (919 vs. 993) and am still having issues. Something seemed to happen yesterday afternoon (I’m in Seattle/GMT-8). Earlier in the day the artwork/matching software was working perfectly.

Can you translate your reply into English? In other words, does that mean that MY server is now capable of uploading posters, fixing matches? It’s great to be notified about fixes, but I wish someone would explain what the fix MEANS.

It means if you use the ‘hosted’ web app, you will be able to upload posters again, now.
