Just updated to 1.15.4.993 and added a new movie. All metadata gets added, along with poster art. But when I go to change the poster or the background, there are not any options, even the one that was automatically picked by Plex.

I am having this issue aswell. Try accessing Plex from https://localhost:32400 and trying to change posters. It seems to be a bug with using app.plex.tv.

Hadn’t thought of trying localhost. That worked for me and I can agree that the problem is only on app.plex.tv
Having the same issue as well using 1.15.5.994
Maybe add plex-web tag? I have a thread open for this aswell. I started having problems about an hour ago while I was uploading posters. Its possible its from the update to the Player last night?

I only updated the server today and haven’t updated the player (I’m still on 3.95.2). I updated posters 2-3 days ago without any problems. I added some movies and updated today, which is when the problems started occurring for me.
Just looked at my log for both app.plex.tv and localhost:32400 and looks like you are right about the player update. I wonder if my player got updated at the same time as my server update? Either way, the 3.97.2 / 1.15.4.993 combo version does not give poster artwork.

I am unable to use an IMDB ID to “Fix Match”. It lists the correct title in the search results with no release year and when selected, nothing gets downloaded. No poster, backdrop or metadata.
PS. forgot to mention I have all the same symptoms as everyone else is reporting. Just thought I’d add another.
Its been confirmed to be a compatibility issue:
Using Plex Movie as the Agent, I am able to get “Fix Match” to work correctly. But I wasn’t having a problem before or after the update.
We had a bug creep in 3.97.2 which prevented the edit dialog from showing artwork to select (posters, banners, backgrounds). We just released a fix in 3.97.3. Sorry about that!
