Agent Settings should be ok, naming scheme is exactly what Plex expects. All the other shows on my server was matched with no problems. It is just that one not able to match at all.
Does the show appear on its own,
or is it mismatched and merged with another show?
In the first case, do ‘Fix Match’,
click on ‘Search Options’
put the show’s TheTVDB “Series ID” number into the input field for the show’s title and click ‘Search’
then click on the sole result of that “search”
In the latter case, use ‘Split’ at the top level of the show, before doing ‘Fix Match’ as described above.
It appears on its own. No match at all. Even entering the id leads to “no match found”.
(Oh but I am still on server version 1.19.1.2645. Just in case there has been a patch recently.?)
Hey Peeps, so something strange has happened my 10 TB hardrive has died and with it I lost everything… I’ve now restarted my video library with a beautiful Synology NAS system. how ever two strange things have happened:
some of the TV shows don’t match even if the names are perfectly correct:
the ones that haven’t matched are the ones I’m importing now on a day to day basis how ever all the ones that matched are when I did a mass import from a backup driver I had…
