I’ve cleared logs, shutdown and restarted the server, enabled debug logging and refreshed the metadata. Here’s the resulting logs.

Doesn’t look like you saved the setting when enabling debug logging. Make sure to hit save and that this checkbox is selected:

Then repeat the same process you just did (restart the server and refresh the metadata).

Everything looks healthy there now. What exact issue did you say you were having?
I think I figured it out. My fancy pants firewall was blocking some *plex.tv subdomains for some reason. Once I whitelisted it, life is good. Once I performed the Plex Dance, metadata was flowing and populating again.
