The episodes I have in specials (miniseries & resistance webisode) show the correct episode number but wrong name/metadata. Library is TVDB but Plex isn’t matching TVDB data
Any thoughts?

Go to the top level of this show in Plex and use Fix Match - Search Options. Explicitly select TheTVDB as agent.
You appear to have it currently matched to TheMovieDB instead. https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/1972-battlestar-galactica/season/0
You can verify my assumption by looking at the guid= property in the Plex XML info of one episode.
Thank you. It was the right agent but my agent settings for TVDB had TMDB on top of the list. I re-ordered, refreshed metadata & now sorted
