I changed from fiber to house but now i cant open a port to save my life. ISP says all ports are not blocked and i even have a static ip through them but it still says it cannot connect. please someone help

Can you create a port forward in the router configuration or did you already create one and simply cannot see/access it from outside your home network?
Is that static IP you got from them a publicly routable IPv4 address?
