Trying to set up remote access server. Server is running on the host computer fine. Can’t connect with remote access, set a static ip address and then setup the portforwarding in the router settings. When I use canyouseeme.org the port keeps coming back as closed as well as the public ip port shows as not up in the remote access settings with a red x next to it. However, when using the trial version of port forward network utilities by portforward.com port checker it comes up as the port is open. Also i cannot connect to the server when also connected to the home network so i am really unsure what the problem could be.
