I am unable to access the PMS. Have tried restarting the pkg but cannot access the web interface. I can see the server is running via resource monitor but have no way to access it. Have attached logs.
I have tried reinstalling Plex again but while it was running. I also stopped it then reinstalled. Should I stop and uninstall before installing again? Haven’t tried because I am worried about losing data.
I am working through some other troubleshooting posts of yours for a previous version. I have tried renaming Preferences.xml.old then accessing via incognito but this does not work either.
I restored the oldest database but cannot seem to access Plex either via the direct IP or the icon in DMS or any device.
Should these files be moved back to the database folder after renaming the oldest backup?

Are you able to delete my posts containing log files? I should have checked how much information they contained prior to posting. I do not want these files visible.
