Cannot run PMS on my Synology DS218+

Server Version#: DSM 6.2.4-25556
Player Version#: 1.23.5.4801-6000

My server was running fine until today. The server showed offline on my devices including app.plex.tv.
When I tried to open Plex server on my Synology via http://192.168.1.xx:32400/web
the browsers said cannot connect to server (tried with Safari and Chrome)

Tried updating the app, re-install with original version in package center, set the permission and restarting the server - not working

It was the database problem, everything is working after restoring the database
