Cannot override default Detect Commercials setting

As far as I can tell this does not work as intended. I got crickets last time I brought it up

Commercials detected after being removed - comskip running twice

In DVR Settings I have set: Detect Commercials and mark for skip On some recordings, I have set under advanced settings for the recording: Detect and Delete commercials In the Library under advanced settings I have: Ad detection for recorded items If a recording detects and deletes commercials, those programs seem to run through comskip again and have commercials marked during the program that has already had commercials deleted.
