Commercials detected after being removed - comskip running twice

In DVR Settings I have set: Detect Commercials and mark for skip
On some recordings, I have set under advanced settings for the recording: Detect and Delete commercials
In the Library under advanced settings I have: Ad detection for recorded items

If a recording detects and deletes commercials, those programs seem to run through comskip again and have commercials marked during the program that has already had commercials deleted. If I change the setting in the library to ad detection disabled, it does not use the commercial detection data for any programs in the library. How can I get it to not run ad detection on a program it has already deleted ads from, while still having ad detection on other items?

Can you provide a screen shot? That isn’t a setting I’m aware of.

If no commercials are detected (because they have been deleted), Plex will retry during Scheduled Tasks.

Here you go, thanks!

I’m bumping this because this can’t be intended behavior, can it? If I disable ad detection in the library, then it ignores ad detection that it previously created for recorded programs. So it seems I need add detection enabled at the library level, but I don’t need it to run on recordings that have already had ads detected and certainly not on recordings that have had ads detected and removed.
