I am running plexmedia server latest version on my remote server. I have enabled port forwarding also. At home on the plex app on my Samsung TV I see the menus and the movies listed but I cannot play anything.
Any ideas what the problem could be or what I should check?
Please verify the Plex Media Server version. There are several “latest” versions.
Available via Settings → Server_Name → General or Authorized Devices
What is displayed on the Settings → Remote Access page? Does it say the server is " Fully accessible outside your network"?
What happens when you try to play a movie? Any error messages displayed, etc?
Can you play movies on any other devices - phone, computer, etc?
