Cannot play playlist after is is downloaded to your phone

Do you guys even know how to program, or do testing properly?

It seems every time an update to the app is done something else is broken. So you fix one thing, or add a feature or update, then break something else.

So now when you download a playlist to your phone, and go to play it, you get an error message stating an error occurred during playback, so it will not play your playlist that is downloaded on your phone. In order to fix it, I have to uninstall, and reinstall the app, in which is very annoying. The playlist plays, but at that time it is no longer downloaded to the phone.

Can you please fix this issue, and do better testing before releasing updates to the app?

So I’ve had this issue recently. Once items are downloaded, you can play downloaded items by going to downloaded items. Your downloaded Playlist will show up there and can be played from there. At least that’s how mine is working.

I face the same issue.

Same issue here. When I try to play it from the library it does not play. It says “an error has occurred while playing this item.” If music is downloaded/synced to the phone, it will play when I select it from downloads and sync. This issue exists for tracks, albums and items synced with a playlist. File type does not matter. It does this with .mp3 and .flac
