In my attempt to reclaim my previously used QNAP NAS, I did a fresh install to my computer, from Win10 to Win11 - and when I log into the Plex Server now I do not see the option for ADDING MEDIA. It’s just not there now. Help please.
Make sure to finish the setup by opening a newly installed Plex Media Server through its local IP address from within the same network.
If you’re on the same Windows machine hosting your server, open http://127.0.0.1:32400/web in a browser. If the server is on a different machine inside your home network, open http://[PMS IP address]:32400/web instead.
While accessing it locally, through the bundled Plex Web app, you can add new libraries. Once you’ve linked the server to your account, you should also see those libraries from other Plex apps linked to your account.
