Hello! I am running Version 4.87.2 on Ubuntu. When I put multiple files in a folder I can only see/access one of the files. The other files are file thumbnails are not displayed at all. However, when I do a “Get Info” I see info on all of the files. How can I access/view/play the other files in the folder? Everything is owned by plex:plex and chmod-ed to 777.
Please show us a screen capture of the files, from the root of your library, all the way down to a missing item
What kind of library type is this? “Movies”, “TV Shows”, or “Other Videos”?
It’s a movie type. I see where your going with this. I will try changing it to TV Shows. Thanks.
