I have two Plex Pass Accounts and two local internal servers. Account A can see both servers fine, Account B can only see one server locally as well as remote. I have tried both accounts on Android and IOS phones. Account B still can access only one server where signing out and into Account A views both servers fine.
I’m confused what you did. If you have 2 Plex accounts and 2 servers each logged into different Plex accounts, it is not possible to see both servers, unless you have shared the server with the other account. So make sure each account is sharing their server with the other account. Also make sure both servers are setup for remote access.
Are both server’s on the same local network? Are you using a manual port forward? If so, did you specify different ports for the servers?
Two Plex Pass accounts, two local servers (manually port forwarded), one account can view both servers and one account only views one server. This only occurs using iOS and Android phone devices. Strange. Tested both accounts with both phone devices.
Can you provide the log from the Android device? First use the account that can view both, then switch over to the account that can only see one.
