You should see this option on the show level (as pointed out by @dbirch) and if each of the merged shows is in their own top-level show folder.
If that’s not working… can you please share the specific file names from the info section?

The directory “Dune” shouldnt be there, It should be /MediaShare/TV-Serier/<show>/<season number>/<file>

Plex doesn’t like if you add extra levels of folders. So instead of having an overall “Dune” folder, add each of the show folders directly to /MediaShare/TV-Serier/ (as pointed out by @dbirch

As a side note… if you want to add the year a show was first released to get better matching results, please put those years in brackets – e.g.
/MediaShare/TV-Serier/Dune (2000)/Season 01/Dune (2000) - s01e01.mkv/MediaShare/TV-Serier/Children of Dune (2003)/Season 01/Children of Dune (2003) - s01e01.mkv
You can subsequently organize those those in a “Dune” collection inside Plex.
