Cannot start PLEX on synology even after full reset

My plex running on my synology NAS has been doing fine until I have decided to relocate my NAS to another location. Now I couldn’t even access PLEX via http://192.168.1.198:32400/web/index.html.

I have tried restarting, and even to the extend of full reset by deleting the Plex directory and removing the Plex user. Nothing works. I have attached the log folder.

Any suggestion or help, please.
