Hi all. I’m currently running V 1.1.0.2611 of the Plex server and I’m seeing a strange issue.
- I can play music on my phone & windows 10 computer either via the App or browser when connected to my home WiFi
- I can play Video on the same devices using the app or browser when on my home WiFi
- I can play Video (great quality, no pixellation or dropouts / buffering) on the same devices when connected to a public WiFi point or at work or via mobile data
- But I cannot play Music on any device through either the App or Browser when I’m not connected to my home WiFi
It’s a premium music channel. MP3, WMA and FLAC file formats are all affected. Anyone have any idea why this might be happening?
