Hi,
I’m having a really weird issue. I ripped by Blu-ray of the first Hobbit movie as well as the introduction and appendices (extras) and named them accordingly, adding -behindthescenes to the filenames and placing them all in one folder. The local extras don’t appear with the movie in Plex and the introduction (but nothing else) is listed as its own title in the Movies library.
It’s the only time this has happened, with 150+ movies.
Any help would be appreciated.
As an update, some other movies no longer have their local extras either. But not all. I’m not even sure what the pattern is.
What you’re describing is common when the ‘extras suffixes’ are not used.
When you create the proper Plex naming structure and enable the Local Media Assets agents for your movies, it will find them
