Hello,
My server can transcode video perfectly fine during live-playback. It can handle numerous transcodes simultaneously while I’m watching with a connection.
However, when I select “download” on an app (for offline viewing later), it fails to transcode a lower resolution copy. This is the only error I receive:

Every time I check, the mentioned directory is actually empty of files, and contains only directories.

I thought it might be a permissions issue, but the directories have full rwx across the board as seen above.
I appreciate any insight that could be provided!
