Unable to watch Movie (transcoder error)

Hello!

today I’d tried to watch one of my favourite Movie. I watch it time to time, but not today - PMS gave me new frustration.
here is logs console output

okay. let’s have a look at this path

transcoder folder was created, child item files were created, files and folder was deleted.
but something is not good for PMS.
I’ve checked logs - nothing interesting there.

I watched this Movie at this device tens times.
what is wrong now?

I guess there is something really bad with PMS - all my devices (Tizen, Android TV, iOS, Android) are not good for PMS last time.

Hello there!
still need for you help, but need a little more - some issues are unsolvable by the user without any tips from the Devs.
I’ve already gotten used to the idea that instead of watching movies I look at PMS debug logs - this is a new reality, but I really want us to do this together.

Can you upload your logs to the forum and not a third party website, I cannot access that site due to network restrictions.
