Cannot View 'Clip' Library

I have just moved back to Plex Media Player v1.37.0.2706 and it cannot identify my ‘Clips’ library, which is just a collection of locally recorded videos from OBS.

If there is a clip in my deck, I can access the library from that, but for some reason I cannot access it from the side menu.

Plex media player is very much deprecated. For years already.
There won’t be no support or bugfixes for this client.
