I am not able to access the collection area in one of my libraries. It only shows the movies in the library - the exact view when choosing “library” from the top menu. My other libraries display correctly.
This is only in the Plex Desktop player. The Plex server view is okay - as is all my agents. Roku, Samsung and Apple TV.
Please help .
There are at least 3 or even 5 different desktop players. Please specify which one you are actually using.
Please include its software version number.

It is for Windows 10. The software version is Version 4.56.4

This is not the “desktop player”. These are both the web app, first the “hosted” one, second the “local” one. Opening Plex Web App | Plex Support
The local web app will almost always be a few versions behind of the hosted web app. So reporting issues which only occur on the local version is not necessary, since they are already fixed.
I recommend you to download and install “Plex for Windows” for primary use as a client, as it supports a whole lot more media formats directly than a web browser.
