Can't access any Plex Services anymore from Local Server. Can't reach Plex Website download page, etc

Hi, I switched from a Plex Pass subscription monthly to a Lifetime sub a week ago.

I could since then access the server remotely no problems.
Today, when I try to go into the server from the server itself, (Windows 10):

I see these errors:

Trying to login in the Plex Website: An error happened while connecting to Plex (I can log in fine on other Computers).

In the plex app: Not authorized - you do not have access to this server.

In the web browser when clicking check for update on the tray icon: It prompts my account, I click on my account and then it tells me: Plex can’t be accessed - Impossible to connect to Plex.tv

I then uninstalled Plex Media Server from the PC, went on the plex website to download a new version, and the plex website, on this page, spits out: Oops, looks like we can’t retrieve downloads at this time, please return later.

I went on another computer, from which it can reach the plex downloads, then copied the installer on the server PC, installed today’s version, and same issue.

The only thing it changed is that I now can’t read any content remotely anymore, it tells me: Missing Codec

So basically, I can’t install plex media server, and can’t read any content. It’s fully bricked and I’m at a loss at what could have caused this.

It seems like the computer itself can’t access Plex’s hosts servers and services, but I don’t know why, as nothing changed on my side other than the lifetime sub. I tried turning off all firewalls and the VPN, to no avail.

I previously had set the PC properly on the local network through the router, and everything was fine.

I have no problems downloading or logging-in from any other computer on the same router network.

I have downloaded a fresh new browser and disabled ALL windows firewalls and still encounter this issue.

Server Version#: Latest from 2022-01-03
Player Version#:

Solved it, if anyone encounters this in the future, I highly suspect Automatic Windows Update broke something on my Static IP setup for that PC.

I Reset all network connections using the Windows Utility ( To reset network settings, go to Start menu > Settings > Network and Internet > Status > Network Reset .)

This will uninstall and reinstall fresh network adapters.

This solved it, then I re-did my Static IP setup, but from the Router instead of from the PC to ensure this does not happen in the future, hopefully.
