Can't access app.desktop library management

Hi there, so, there is my problem,

I’ve plex Media Server on an NVIDIA SHIELD, with hard drives with movies, music…on it.

I used to add a movie on the drive, plug back the drive on SHIELD, and scan files with app.desktop.
and also add or remove new drive from app.desktop
and start a movie from app.desktop to cast it on a chrome cast when i’m not watching it on the SHIELD.

Anyway, few days ago, my drive who was pin on the sidebar disappear from the SHIELD.
i’ve reboot everything updated everything, and it pop again and still have access to my file.

BUT into app.desktop (chromebook, android phone or windows), i can’t access anymore to the shield, like if it never existed. The only trace i’ve got is in the connected device section, I see when the shield is connected to the account.

So right now, if i connect a new drive or add new file, i can’t refresh, scan, pin the library or the drive

I don’t know how to solve this, is it a bug, a new features from the last update? a new restriction for free user?.. Any Ideas?

Thanks

All right, i’ve finally find the solution.

So the thing came from the localhost authorization.

For no reason (maybe an update) the localhost wasn’t granted anymore, and couldn’t be reactivated from the last plex update (an Internet/server communication error pop up).

Anyway to solve the problem, i had to remove every update of plex on the shield,
remove the authorization from device manager into web app
restart everything and voilà !

After the reboot, the old release of plex ask to link account, go to the pc connect to you’re account, link with the 4 digit-pin

and finally on the shield connect with you’re login, and at that moment you can authorize the localhost and everything back to normal without any loss on shield and PC !
