We have a samsung S9 FE tablet. It is on the lastest update 6.1.1 and it just got the new Plex app update today. We have a lifetime plex pass withnour daughter as a sub account. In the past we have never ran into any issues with downloading content that we have and using it offline for her or any other sub account in our family.
Now with the new update we can not locate the downloads, nor can we get any content to load offline. We use this feature often as we tend to go on long drives and would really like to figure out what is going on.

Downloads access is not working for me either. Used to work just fine before this blessed update.

Same issue same situation. I ask for urgent fixing.
Offline downloads are an elemental function and should be part of any regression testing.
