Can't access folders in iOS mobile apps (iPhone and iPad)

Folder View no longer works in iOS

Plex iOS v6.12 Plex Server v1.19.3.2764 For the last couple years I’ve placed my movies in a general folder like Fitness and then placed additional folders within like Cardio, Plyo, Chest, Legs etc. and placed the individual videos within them. iOS app v6.12 broke folder view

Server Version#: 1.19.3.2764 Player Version#: 6.12 The iOS app v6.12 appears to have broken folder views. When viewing any library by folder, it will display all of the available folders but tapping on any folder does nothing. It no longer navigates into the folder.

I just updated my iOS app to version 7.0 and I’m having the same problem. I uninstalled and reinstalled it and I’m still having the issue. It appeared that it was fixed in 6.12.1 a couple of days ago, but appears to be broken again.

I downloaded v 7.0 on my ipad and iphone today and it seems to still be working fine

I cannot reproduce this behavior. Was fixed for me with 6.12.1 and keeps working fine in 7.x.
What model of Apple device and iOS version are you using?

Looking closer this is different issue. I can see the folders, but all of my files show an ‘Unavailable’ mark on them. I thought it was the same issue because this mark showed up with the folder issue, and went away when I updated to v6.12.1. It’s strange because my iPad (v6.12.1), and the Web App can both play the files correctly.
