All my apple devices are running iOS 13+. 2 of iPads and my iPhone have this problem but my iPad Pro still has the folder. View. I need to get it back as grid and list view which gives me all videos alphabetically make it impossible to find my files? Help
I have the same problem on my iPhone 7 Plus. I hope this gets fixed rapidly.
With the way that my library is organized and the amount of files I have, Folder View is absolutely necessary.
I have the same issue on all my iOS devices. Ok on Android…

They say they are looking into it. I may switch to Android if this doesn’t get fixed soon

Solution found thanks to another forum topic. Everything works after running the update of the Plexiglas server.
I am really relieved 
I rely on the folder view to organize my non-tv type videos. It is next to impossible to find what I want now that everything in my collection is displayed together in alphabetical order . The Folder view gives me nothing but the arrow icon and will not display the contents.
This used to work fine the way it was originally, please fix it!
