iOS app v6.12 broke folder view

Server Version#: 1.19.3.2764
Player Version#: 6.12

The iOS app v6.12 appears to have broken folder views. When viewing any library by folder, it will display all of the available folders but tapping on any folder does nothing. It no longer navigates into the folder.

Been happening on the test flight beta version of the iOS app for a few weeks

Phew, thought it was just me! That’s four hours wasted!
Will stick with web app for now until iOS app is updated/fixed.

What the hell, the Plex work on my ipad, Apple TV Box, and Iphone 11 Web brower.

But it won’t work on my Iphone 11 app. I can’t see my server folders. Where is the fix?

Same here. Please fix ASAP!

Same for me

Same for me. Server on newest version.

Still doesn’t work, any updates?

I have the same issue.
My PMS version is : 1.14.1.5488
I can’t update because it’s the last update that run with my NAS : TS431P2

Please fix this issue. Folder View is still functioning fine on the web app, the iPad and apple TV apps, but in iOS it has moved to the Left pull down, where you can view Movies or folders. The folders view does not allow you to open the folder but tries to play it, upon which an error message “Unable to evaluate play request. This type of metadata is not supported for PMKMetadataPlayRequest”

My server is up to date and has been rebooted. For anyone like me who has a very specific organization of their files, this make the service pretty unusable.
