Hello, I’m having trouble accessing a friends library. When I check the settings, it says I have access to my friends library but when I click on the library itself, it says I don’t have access.
Check if your friend is on the latest server version: Plex Media Server - Security Update - #3 by PlexInfo
If they are on the latest, have them confirm the sharing is still applied to each library. Some users had this wiped after taking steps to reset their password/reclaim their server.
