Server Version#:1.43.1.10611
Player Version#:4.159
Getting error
“unable to make a request to a relative path without server uri or baseurl” when trying to go into settings/Manage Library Access. This after a complaint from a user that they can’t access my libraries
All shares of the server with that software version have been deleted almost 1.5 months ago.
I have triggered the generation of a new certificate for the other server.
Please try stopping and restarting that one.
That must have happened because I had to move to a new PC with a copy of the hard disk.
I didn’t expect the shares to be deleted. Its those shares I want to re-enable
I’ve also triggered a new cert for the other server.
Please stop and restart it now.
Verify that the new Windows installation has full read/write access to the path on the old hard drive which houses the plex data folder.
You will have to re-invite those users. I cannot restore the old shares for you.
Ensure you are using the hosted web app with a standard browser without browser add-ins.
Just restarted server/plex still getting same error
Please perform a Switch User back and forth in your web app. (if you have managed users, that is. Otherwise refresh the web app, or in the worst case, sign out the browser and back in.)
I don’t have any managed users.
Everything else is working on the plex, including remote access. I have been using the new box for over a month now
I have tried this on the local plex management screen as well with the same result
Then I’m afraid I have no idea how to help you further.
You will have to contact https://www.plex.tv/contact/?option=billing-issues#p-contact
It looks like the cert updates just took a while to come trough.all ok now
