I may have fixed this.
To start, I realized that I’ve been having issues with other devices on my network: My HomePod Mini would randomly lose connection and I’ve have to unplug it plug it back in to get it to reset. That’d work for a day and then disappear again.
I also have a Canon Printer that I used with AirPrint and that worked for the longest time. Then it too suddenly stopped working.
I was trying to fix my HomePod and found an article about splitting the wifi bands between 5.0 and 2.4. I disabled the Self-Organizing Network on my FiOS router and renamed the two different networks and wow. EVERYTHING is currently working now.
That was 12 hours ago, and my Plex, HomePod, and printer are all still working just fine. So fingers crossed this fixed my issue. Thanks for all the help. Hopefully I don’t report back!
