Cant access media server, loads and can sign in but all move folder gone and no access

Windows 10. My media server can no longer see any of my movies, as if its all been deleted. I have been running it for years so not a newbie. When YOUR MEDIA it presents me with a screen to get media server. any ideas would be greatfully appreciated

  1. verify the date and time setting of the server machine for correctness
  2. verify that the Plex icon is actually present in your task tray area (and that it doesn’t vanish when you move the mouse pointer over it)
  3. You need to reclaim your server, but don't dare to touch the Windows Registry
  4. for re-claiming the server after step 3), you may need to use the new method – depending on the software version of your server: New Claiming Requirement for Windows

All sorted. I had to do it a couple of times but all back up and running. Thank you so much for your speedy responce.
