So I run my Plex Server on a Ubuntu Server 24.04.1 LTS VM running on my ISP Box.
It was working fine, but I don’t know why but since this evening I can’t access my server anymore.
The VM is running, I have Cockpit installed on it and I can access it by typing the IP adress and the correct port on my web browser.
But when I try to go to the Plex Web Page (IP:32400) it just says (192.168.X.X refused to connect (ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED)
And it says that the server is offline on my Plex client app.
I try to type again
“sudo systemctl enable plexmedia server
sydo systemctl start plexmediaserver” but it still doesn’t work.
I had no problem accessing it on my local network and outside my local network (as I’ve forwaded the port on my router)
I tried to restart the VM but nothing
Do you have any idea what could be the issue ?
can you get into the shell,
drill down into /var/lib/plexmediaserver until you see “Logs” directory.
Make a tar.gz of ./Logs and then post that here ?
