Remote Access Not Connecting

Server Version#:1.19.3.2764
Player Version#:

I have been unable to reliably use Remote Access for several weeks, since the last two updates were posted. This has made it so I can only view my Plex media on my computer hosting the server directly, which is inconvenient to say the least.

I have reinstalled the server, restarted the server, and restarted the computer, but those steps have not worked. The port forwarding has been setup for a while and did not have a problem with older versions. Below are the errors I noticed in the console. Is there anything I’m missing?

May 11, 2020 19:19:13.763 [7340] Error — Error issuing curl_easy_perform(handle): 7
May 11, 2020 19:19:13.763 [7340] Warning — HTTP error requesting GET https://---.f45c37260e64d20969e6a9d2352fb2c.plex.direct:32401/identity (7, Couldn’t connect to server) (Failed to connect to ---***.*f45c37260e64d20969e6a9d2352fb2c.plex.direct port 32401: Connection refused)

Having virtually the same issue. I think a lot of people are. I’m waiting to hear back from a team member as well.

Same here.
Version 1.19.4.2935
When I unpause then pause a tv show, the console shows:

Error issuing curl_easy_perform(handle): 7
HTTP error requesting POST http://192.168.1.39:22987/ (7, Couldn’t connect to server) (Failed to connect to 192.168.1.39 port 22987: Connection refused)
Webhook: Error delivering payload to http://192.168.1.39:22987/: -7

The IP address is of the Plex server. The port is actually a webhook port and the server using that port isn’t installed any more, so I’ve now deleted that webhook and the errors disappear.
