Just Installed Plex Media Server, doesn't make it through the setup process

It goes through the install, but once the web app opens, I can’t get through the second page. The only error it throws is " A problem has been detected with a core component of Plex Media Server." Any help would be appreciated, I’ve been messing with this all day.

Sorry, no luck. still getting the same error on the server setup page. That PMS4 program said the server was claimed, but the other info was blank, like the pic I’m going to attach.

Do you have Torrent clients or FTP server software installed?
Disable/close them before trying to start Plex server.

Was Plex server already installed on this machine in the past?
