Can't access my server from outside the network (Pleas help me)

Hi!
I have now tried for about 2 days, and today there arrived a new version on the server today “1.13.8.5395”, but it didn’t fix it anyways.

I have set my IP to static and fixed all of that in both of my routers. (One for fiber network, and one for sharing network in rest of the house)

I have set “Port forwarding” in my router to my static ip, and the Plex specify public port “32400”, but nothing is wokring.

I could need some help here from everyone.

I’ve had issues with remote access since Netgrear version V1.0.1.42_1.0.28. I turned off UPnP and then deleted the port fwd, restarted the router and then added the manual port forward back. I am hoping this holds up. Thus far it’s been running 30 minutes with remote access.
