Plex remote access not working on public

When I try to access my server from an outside network, it does not work. I have tried every troubleshooting thread, went through my firewall.
This is a list of everything I have tried:

  • Checked Plex Web App Settings
  • Port Forwarding Configuration
  • Edited Preferences.xml File
  • Checked Firewall Rules on Windows
  • Restarted Orbi Router
  • Test External Access Using Public IP
  • Checked for Double NAT and DMZ Settings
  • Set Static IP for Plex Server

Have you checked https://canyouseeme.org/ to see if Plex is responding at all on 32400 (or whatever you set your public port to for port forwarding and in Plex settings)?

When i go to that site, it says Error: I could not see your service on 173.66.170.146 on port (32400 )

And you have correctly configured port forwarding on your router to map external 32400 to internal plex ip with port 32400?
