Can't access my server in Plex

I have messed up!

Earlier this week, I have upgraded my Unraid server from version 6.12.13 to 6.12.14, and I setup two-factor login for Plex. One those of removed access to my server, and with this access to my movies.

I tried the Windows way, removed Plex-Media-Server from Unraid, and deleted the Plex-folders from Appdata.
Reinstalled by using Claim-token, and now I can’t add my media to Plex.
When on localhost http://192.x.x.x:32400/web/index.html#!/ I get this.

But I have installed Plex-Media-Server from Unraid app-store, I have to admit, I’m not sure I have configured it as it is supposed.

Disclaimer: English is my second language, and because of some personal health problems the last year, I’m not that quick as I was a year ago. And I quickly get confused.

I really hope you can bear over with me, and help me with this.
If you need logs, please tell me how to get them.

I have now tried a install on my Windows 11 pc, and it’s almost the same issues.
Server version is 1.41.2.9200-c6bbc1b53
When opening Plex from systemtray, it will show this for 3-4 minutes

And then this

Is it a problem with my Plexpass?

orts, I am having the EXACT same issue with the MacOS version of PlexMediaServer-1.41.2.9200-c6bbc1b53-universal. This version of the PlexMediaServer is simply not recognized with either the web app or Plex.app. This behavior started over the weekend. Recorded shows on Friday night, I can see them on my drive, but I can’t access PlexMediaServer locally or remotely. I have a lifetime PlexPass showing in my account.

Lets start with a copy of your server logs

I hope this what you are asking for.

I do not have this menu point Settings > Manage > Troubleshooting in Plex web, but I have Setting > Debug and I can’t download a log file from Plex web. But I got the one called Log-files-PlexWeb

And then I have found the logfiles in my servers Appdata and packed the last 5 in a files called Log-files-unraid

I hope this is what you are looking for.

The Plex Server on my Windows are uninstalled again.
Log-files-PlexWeb.zip (2.6 KB)
Log-files-unraid.zip (267.3 KB)

check your LAN IP setup, 192.10.10.10 isnt a private IP space address

No Troubleshooting Menu available. Here is what I have:

Plex_Log_12-10-2024.zip (10.4 KB)

Plex_Web_Debug_Log.zip (19.0 KB)

Thanks for your assistance.

One more log from my test yesterday following re-installation of the MediaServer.

Plex_MediaServer_Test_Log_12-09-2024.zip (17.3 KB)

Thanks, I really don’t understand why this suddenly would be an issue. My Plex server has run on that IP-adress for more than 2 years.
But now it works.

I resolved my problem with the nuclear option, a complete deletion of the PlexMediaServer along with all configuration and support files followed by a fresh install from scratch. and rebuilding the libraries from the external backup. I don’t know what caused the actual problem, but only this option resolved the issue.

Plex changed their claiming requirements for servers to ensure security a couple of years ago.
