Can't access one plex server from insdie firewall

I am unable to connect to my plex server inside my work firewall. I can access it on any other device. I can even access a friend’s server inside the firewall. When I look at the firewall I see that it’s trying to connect to the local IP address inside my home network.

Something else that might cause issues is my router at home. I have ATT and have configured the passthrough. Like I said can see it anywhere else. The catch is, I have to manually specify the port or it won’t work. Even using the 32400. Could this little hiccup be causing the issue?
