Can't access Plex server settings

Hello, I’m still really new to RaspPi (Bullseye) but have setup Plex successfully in the past. This time around, I get Plex install, but once I’m in the Plex web app, I get “Can’t access Plex server settings.”
I’ve tried clearing out the Plex files to ‘start over’ (I still see my old server name), but no go.
I haven’t done an unintall/reinstall yet as this is a clean install of PiOS.
I’ve attached my PMS log, hope this helps. Running out of Google and forum searches. Thanks in advance.
