Can't access plex.tv on my network

Plex has been wonky for a while, today I finally quit being able to access any plex.tv domain on my network. I’m now unable to claim my server and can’t log in at all. Any ideas would be appreciated. Not an expert on any of this.

  1. switch to a different DNS server in your router
  2. quit using Brave browser or similar restricted browsers.
    If you use a regular browser, check all the installed browser add-ons for potential interference.
  3. disable internet filters or security appliances like pi-hole etc.
    Sometimes anti virus software also comes with blacklist filters.
  4. if you use VPN software, disable it.
    If you have used VPN software in the past, make sure there are no traces of it remaining on your system. Check your hosts file in particular.
  5. check the date and time setting of all your devices. Enable automatic time synchronization. Without precise time, encrypted communication will fail.
