I have had problems with PMS since February now without being able to connect to my own PMS (I can reach other friends servers). In the beginning I was able to see that my account tried to connect to my server but now it is not even on the list any more.
Seems like the disaster came with Corona… However I tried to do some re-install all ready then but without success and found out that there were other with similar problems so decided to hope for an update to fix the problem.
Now I tried to delete PMS on my 1515+ and reinstalled with the latest package. It seems like it is running nicely. I can reach the server and PMS from outside BUT now to my problem. I can’t find the server settings in my Plex account no matter I do log in from the server or from internet. Under settings there is no server so I can’t follow the instructions and delete and restart and reconnect and find libraries again like I can see other have got advice to do with similar problems. What is happening with PMS? In have been a happy customer for more than 5 years without any problems what so ever and suddenly nothing works and I feel like a fool when I thought I was quite keen on this.
How do I get my server-settings back in my account so I can re-connect to my server?
Hope to be able to watch some movies in the quarantine.
Thanx for the advice but it did not work though. I am following this thread https://forums.plex.tv/t/cannot-access-local-server-after-allowing-remote-access/582062/2?u=terve and manage to connect to the server again but now a new problem popped up. I am not able to claim the server or re.establish the remote connection. Claiming just chewing for some while but nothing happens. When trying to sign in on Remote access I just get back to Setting > General. What to do next?
